DAME is a luxe leather goods brand from Buffalo, NY founded in 2020 by designer Dame
Powell and his partner Dayna Culp. Dame has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and was a self-taught sewist making statement outerwear pieces before deciding to dive into bags and accessories. Dame built his home workshop while simultaneously teaching himself leathercraft and soon after developed his initial product line (men’s wallets and duffle bags).
